Why Are Your Shirts So Expensive?

We are aware that our prices are higher than many graphic t-shirts you will find on the internet.  The reasons for this are quite complicated and I've written a few articles about it on my personal blog which you can find here and here.  

Those article are pretty long and unless you are really into learning about my specific small business, I'm guessing you wouldn't want to read them.  The short version of why our shirts are priced the way they are is because we have costs to cover to make our business possible and profitable.  I could argue that our customer service costs are high because we really care about providing good service, which we do, but the reality is if an online company doesn't treat their customers well, they'll still suffer high costs in the form of bad reviews and high chargeback rates. We'd rather be able to afford to make our customers happy when they first contact us because that's a better experience for everyone.

We also offer discounts to customers who are on our email list so if the costs are just a bit too high you can sign up for our list.  

If after discounts you still think our prices are too high then that's ok.  It's our job to make buying from us such an awesome experience via awesome tees and great customer service that eventually you'll want to do business with us.
