Can you modify the shirt slightly for me?

Sometimes we can so it doesn't hurt to ask, but many times the answer will be no.

Unfortunately we can't make modifications because most of our shirts are officially licensed and are approved for sale by the Licensors exactly as they appear.  If we were to change the type of shirt, color of the shirt, or the placement of the graphic that shirt becomes a new product and has to go through a round of administration associated with licensing, and then if approved it has to be sampled before approval.  Although a modification may seem very simple due to licensing it often costs hundreds of dollars in time and materials, so whatever profit was generated by the sale of the modified item would not be enough to make up for the cost of making the change.
