Why Does It Take So Long To Receive My Order?

Since we carry so many styles and sizes (over 10,000 unique designs and each with up to 10 sizes), it would cost us over $500,000 to maintain stock of just 1 of every item/size we offer for sale, and that's just 1 unit of each!  In order to make the selection of tees that we sell possible, most of them are printed only after we receive your order (there are exceptions as we do carry stock in a few of our most popular styles).

So, if you order 3 shirts there is a chance you will receive 3 separate shipments that ship on different days and in many cases via different carriers. That is because our suppliers each have their own queue of orders to print.  Some of our vendors carry stock in the most popular sizes (as do we in our own warehouse) so there are items that ship within 1 to 2 days.  Other times our printers have a backlog so it may take 2 to 3 weeks for them to produce the item.
